Mel Arnold is both an Administrative Assistant for CTTC and the Office Manager/Associate at the St. Paul location of the Center for Transportation and the Environment. Mel brings over 3 years of administrative experience to both CTTC and CTE, working to establish collaborative and mission driven environments in all professional settings. She aims to support the invaluable programming CTTC offers, while being a helpful presence to all involved in the Consortium's work.
