Management Track

In this workshop we will examine what makes a great leader “great,” looking at a commonsense approach as well as Kouzes and Posner’s five key leadership practices. Participants learn what they can do to improve their leadership skills.

Management Track

In this fast-paced two-day workshop, participants learn the fundamental tools and techniques of planning and managing a project from beginning to end. Good project managers understand how to develop a Project Charter and use it to create a Work Breakdown Structure, Network Diagram, and Gantt (Bar) Chart.
