This 16-hour course will orient participants to bus electrical systems and their safe operation. Participants will learn essential aspects of the high-voltage drive system and low-voltage accessories system, including safety protection, and safe operation. It also includes information about the high-voltage and chassis grounds.

This course will provide a general understanding of safety do’s and don'ts when working around all-electric high voltage (HV) transit vehicles. This course is not intended as a replacement for manufacture-specific training and does not qualify the student to diagnose, repair, and work on HV vehicles.

Get up to speed with ZEB safety in our foundational High-Voltage Awareness Level 1 course. In just 2 hours, your team will gain the essential knowledge to identify and mitigate electrical hazards in dynamic transit environments. This course goes beyond basic safety, offering clarity on roles, important visual cues, and emergency response procedures. Stay compliant, stay safe, and stay ahead of the curve as you embrace the future of public transportation.

Take your mechanics' expertise to the next level with our High-Voltage Awareness Level 2 course. This advanced online training is the stepping stone to high-voltage qualification, offering an in-depth exploration of ZEB systems. In 2 hours, your team will master component identification, understand complex safety systems, and learn to create electrically safe work conditions. Equip your mechanics with the knowledge that turns challenges into opportunities in zero-emission transit.

Empower your team with life-saving skills in just 90 minutes! The Contact Release course is a must-have for anyone working around ZEBs and Electric Vehicle Support Equipment (EVSE). This engaging online training transforms your personnel into potential heroes, equipping them with the confidence and know-how to respond effectively to electric shock emergencies. With industry-compliant techniques and a downloadable quick reference guide, this course puts practical information at your fingertips.

With this comprehensive 4-hour online DVOM course, mechanics will build a strong foundation with meters and test equipment. This course unlocks the potential of automotive multimeters, empowering your team to tackle complex electrical issues in modern transit vehicles. From basic measurements to advanced high-voltage testing techniques, this course combines theory with practical simulations to ensure your mechanics are ready for any electrical challenge.

Experience the pinnacle of high-voltage training with our immersive, hands-on qualification course. This intensive 8-hour, in-person session is where theory meets practice, transforming your mechanics into confident high-voltage specialists. Participants will master critical procedures like Lockout/Tagout, PPE usage, and creating electrically safe work conditions on actual ZEB systems. Invest in this training to ensure your team is compliant and competent in electric transit maintenance.
The ZEB Best Practices course is designed to train management, operations, and maintenance staff on the basic building blocks of deploying battery and fuel cell electric buses. Participants gain the knowledge they need to ask the right questions of bus manufacturers and infrastructure providers. The course covers all your bases, from battery behavior to utility rate structures to hydrogen fueling infrastructure. Attendees receive the course slides.
