Nicole Sherman brings more than 20 years of experience managing workforce development and career education initiatives across K-12 education, California Community Colleges, public fleet organizations, and municipal agencies.

She has successfully managed large state-funded training programs from initial planning through implementation, including curriculum scheduling, outreach, learner onboarding, and ongoing program oversight.

Nicole also has extensive experience delivering and supporting technical workforce training programs, particularly within the fleet technician and transportation sectors. She has helped develop online and in-person training programs for fleet technicians, coordinated learner registration and support activities, and led outreach efforts that expanded advanced transportation curriculum into California high schools.
