PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the California Transit Training Consortium (CTTC) invites and shall receive proposals up to the hour of 12:00 PM (PST) on August 7, 2026 from qualified firms for a Fuel Cell Electric Bus (FCEB) Curriculum Development. Interested proposers are requested to email CTTC at info@cttc.com to be added to the distribution list for any issued addenda and for all questions and answers released during the solicitation period.
The California Transit Training Consortium (CTTC) is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for RFP27-02: Fuel Cell Electric Bus (FCEB) Curriculum Development. Proposals must be received by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 7, 2026.
Through this procurement, CTTC is seeking a qualified contractor—or multiple contractors—to develop six standardized training courses supporting the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of fuel cell electric buses. The curriculum will serve California transit agencies and community colleges and will include both online, asynchronous courses and in-person, instructor-led training.
Proposers may submit bids for:
- Option A: Online courses
- Option B: In-person instructor-led courses
- Option C: All six courses
Firms may bid on one or more options. CTTC may evaluate and award each option independently.

- RFP released: July 27, 2026
- Questions due: July 31, 2026, by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- CTTC responses posted: August 3, 2026
- Proposal deadline: August 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Proposals must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 7, 2026. Late proposals will be rejected.
Interested firms should also email info@cttc.com to be added to the solicitation distribution list and receive any addenda and published questions and answers.
Document review note: The procurement schedule lists proposer questions as due July 31, 2026, while the Question and Answer section states July 30, 2026. CTTC should correct or clarify this discrepancy before the announcement is published.
